Returns & Exchanges
· DragQueenMerch.com is dedicated to providing you with top quality apparel & merchandise; it is our mission, and we do not take this mission lightly.
· We have a very dedicated inspection teams in our production facilities that look over every inch of our garments and other items for imperfections before its packaged. Occasionally a problem is overlooked or hidden and to err is human.
· You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Garments must be unused and unwashed. If exchanging due to ordering the wrong size we will ship out the exchange upon receiving the new item. In this case the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for domestic US orders dragqueenmerch will pay the shipping to ship you the replacement.
During the holiday season we are extending our return / exchange policy. Anything purchased in the month of December can be exchanged or returned per our policies through January 31.
For International orders the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and replacement orders if the exchange is due to no fault of dragqueenmerch.com so please be careful with your sizing and refer to the sizing charts before placing any orders.

· if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs (U.S.P.S. First Class)
· You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
