Atomic Annie

Atomic Annie is a Brooklyn-based drag queen, producer and writer often billed as 'NYC's Runway Redhead.' She started experimenting with makeup in mid-2019 and debuted on stage in October 2021, making her a proud Covid-era baby of the Brooklyn scene. Her drag name is a mash-up of two obsessions — 'Annie' after Annie Lennox of Eurythmics and 'Atomic' after the Charlize Theron spy thriller Atomic Blonde — and her aesthetic tracks: '80s pop drama, Bond-girl silhouettes, and a heavy focus on fashion and visual storytelling. She broke out by winning BitchFest, a popular Brooklyn drag competition, and quickly became a booked name across the borough's alt-drag rooms.
