Britany Hart

Britany Hart is a French drag queen based in Quimper, Brittany, and widely credited as the first drag queen to build a scene in her city. A former hairdresser, Britany started performing in drag roughly eighteen years ago at a time when she was, in her words, 'a little alone' in her art in the region. Since then she has grown a Hart family of drag performers and helped organize a steady stream of events and private parties across Brittany, including Queer Amann — Quimper's first Pride march. Her profile has grown beyond regional nightlife: she and her group performed at Bercy's Accor Arena in Paris accompanying French singer Slimane, and the Quimper drag scene was featured in Vogue Portugal.
