Kylie Sonique Love is a Georgia-born drag performer, singer, and dancer who made herstory as the first transgender queen to win an American season of RuPaul's Drag Race. She first appeared on Drag Race Season 2 in 2010 as Sonique, where she placed ninth and became the inaugural contestant on US reality television to publicly come out as transgender on air. Eleven years later she returned for All Stars 6 as the fully-realized Kylie Sonique Love and won the crown on September 2, 2021, earning induction into the Drag Race Hall of Fame. Beyond Drag Race, she's a working recording artist, has co-hosted the all-trans talk show 'Translation,' danced backup for Miley Cyrus at the 2015 VMAs and Christina Aguilera at LA Pride.
