Witkes is best known outside drag as the creator and star of the award-winning web series Interested In, an official selection at 12 film festivals including Frameline. As Pink Pancake, they are a fixture of downtown NYC nightlife — performing regularly with Susanne Bartsch, headlining the duo cabaret "2 In the Pink" at The Slipper Room, and appearing in Condé Nast Traveler's "What We Pack" series. Their drag is unapologetically zany and whimsical, a colorful love letter to their childhood and early adolescence in a Jewish American household. In January 2024 they debuted the Glam Award-nominated one-person show Today You Are A Man! at The Tank.
