Tony Soto

Tony Soto is a Chicago-born, Los Angeles-based drag artist and live-show producer who has become one of the recognizable faces of Silver Lake's queer nightlife scene, hosting long-running shows on the east side of LA and describing herself, with typical dry deadpan, as 'the most reluctant drag queen you'll ever meet.' In her forties, she has spent years building a working-queen career off the reality-TV grid — hosting The Tony Soto Show, co-producing The Gay Power Half Hour podcast, and running free community-facing drag nights that she deliberately keeps low-cover so nobody's priced out. She's also done Drag Queen Story Hour reading events for kids in Eagle Rock.
